First Saturday of each month
2 pm - 3:30 pm
(check out the calendar of events for monthly activities)

Children love to collect, whether it is key chains, baseball cards, Barbie dolls, dust bunnies under their beds. This fall the Biggs Museum will feature two new series of motivating programs for children, Biggs Kids . Biggs Kids gives the opportunity for children ages 5 to 10 to be inspired by art and to learn more about the importance of art in our world and culture. For August, children will learn about portraiture and make their own self-portrait to take home.

Hands-on activities will entertain and educate children. This program, supported by Kraft Foods, is free to the public and will be held in the new program space in the Museum at 2:00.
Please pre-register by calling 674-2111 or e-mail [email protected].
