Join the Biggs and DDOA to recognize sixteen Delaware artists for the high quality of their artwork at the Award Winners XVI Reception and Award Ceremony. This event will feature select readings from Literature Fellows Siobhan Carroll, Ramona DeFelice Long, and Abby Millager, as well as a trombone performance by Music Fellow, Bruce Tychinski. This reception is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
