Children’s Programs

Biggs Kids

Stop by the Biggs every first Saturday of the month for free admission to the museum and a staff guided craft for children ages 4-10. Activities offer our youngest visitors the chance to create a work of art and explore the museum with the help of our education staff.

Child HELP Studio

The Biggs’ open studio program offers younger visitors – and those young at heart – a space to imagine their own art projects and participate in self-led, drop-in activities that relate to our collection and current exhibitions. The studio is filled with all the supplies needed for active play, along with art-related books and kid-friendly exhibits.

Read and Make Adventures

Join in on a Read and Make Adventure this summer at the Biggs and the Dover Public Library! Start at the library with a storytime, then walk over with the group to the Biggs for an art-related activity and eye-spy through the museum.

All Read and Make Adventures are from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Cost: FREE
