The Biggs Museum of American Art reviews ticket, gift shop and membership donation requests only if they are submitted in writing. Please clearly state the purpose of your request, include your non-profit status ID number, and provide a description of your organization, event information and the audience it serves.

Due to the high volume of requests received each year, the Museum is fulfill every request made. If your request is approved, you will receive tickets or a membership in the mail. If a larger donation is made, the Biggs Museum may request that the donation be picked up at 406 Federal Street in Dover, Delaware. Please submit your request at least six weeks prior to your event. Priority is given to non-profit organizations in Kent County, Delaware.
